Overview

Alanya is a tourism district in Antalya province in the Mediterranean Region of Turkey. The distance to the city center is 154 kilometers. Alanya, located on the southern coast of Turkey, has an area of 1,598.51 km² and according to TÜİK population data, its population is 364,180 people in 2022. Alanya district is administratively affiliated with Antalya province, and Alanya Municipality and its district are under the responsibility of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality. Alanya Gazipaşa Airport, located 45 kilometers from Alanya, became operational in 2012.
